What is included in a standard recurring house cleaning?

A standard house cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks), and kitchen surfaces (countertops, stovetops, sinks, appliance fronts). You can always add extras like blinds, interior window cleaning, inside of your oven, inside of your refrigerator, etc to a standard recurring house cleaning.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring all the necessary equipment and supplies for your cleaning. However, if you have your own preferred equipment or cleaning products, we are happy to use those instead.
What should I do to prepare for a cleaning service?

Picking up clutter, securing valuables, and providing access to all areas that need cleaning should be completed before your cleaners arrival. Areas and surfaces to be cleaned should be free of personal items.
What if I'm not satisfied with the house cleaning?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee! If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any missed areas promptly. We provide a detailed list of the cleaning tasks to both you and your cleaner, ensuring everyone is on the same page and aware of the expectations.
