We wash with pure water
We feed filtered, purified water up a pole to a soft brush, scrub the exterior glass to lift dirt, pollen and grime, then rinse the glass down with that same pure water. The pole reaches your upper-story windows from the ground — no ladders leaning against your house.
It dries streak-free

Our pure-water system is excellent at a general window wash: everyday dirt, pollen, rain spotting and grime rinse right off and dry streak-free. What it won't do is remove things that are stuck to or etched into the glass — artillery fungus, heavy mineral build-up, paint or stain, and the occasional baked-on bug. Those need specialty cleaning that's beyond a standard wash. If you're dealing with any of that, mention it when you book and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do about it.

Is window cleaning the same as window washing?
Yes — "window cleaning" and "window washing" are just two names for the same thing: getting your glass clean and clear. Some people also call it a pure-water or water-fed pole wash after the method we use. Whatever you call it, the goal is the same: bright, streak-free windows.
How much does window cleaning cost?
It's priced by the number of windows and how many stories your home has. When you reach out, we'll give you a typical price range based on the jobs we've been doing lately, then confirm from there. No pressure, and no number pulled out of thin air over the phone.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
We focus on exterior glass. Our pure-water system is built for the outside of your windows, which is where the weather, pollen and road grime collect — and it's the side that makes the biggest visible difference. We don't currently offer interior window cleaning.
Do you clean or remove the screens?
No — we don't remove, reinstall or wash window screens. We clean the exterior glass with the screens left in place. If a screen is damaged or needs attention, we're happy to point you in the right direction, but screen work isn't part of our service.
How do you get windows streak-free?
It comes down to the water. We filter it to strip out the minerals and particulates, scrub the glass with a soft brush, then rinse with that same pure water. Because there's nothing left in the water, there's nothing to dry onto the glass — it sheets off and evaporates clean, with no spots or streaks and no towel-drying.
Can you reach upper-story windows without ladders?
Yes. Our water-fed pole reaches second- and often third-story windows right from the ground, so there are no ladders leaning against your siding or gutters. It's safer for our crew and for your home, and it means we can reach windows a traditional ladder-and-squeegee approach struggles with.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For most Vermont homes, twice a year works well — a spring wash to clear off winter and pollen, and a fall wash before the snow. If you're under heavy tree cover, near a dirt road, or just like your glass spotless, more often is fine. We'll give you an honest recommendation for your home.
