Pick the type of cleaning you booked and open it to see the room-by-room list your cleaner works from.
Expectations are a good thing. Customers and cleaners get this same link, so nobody has to guess what a cleaning includes.
Three types, three different lists — plus the extras you can add to any of them. Tap one to jump to it.
Maintenance cleaning. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas dusted, wiped and floors done.
See the list →Everything in the standard list, plus a degrease pass on fixtures, trim, baseboards, switch plates and doorknobs.
See the list →The deep cleaning list for an empty home, with the insides of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets included.
See the list →Not included in any cleaning. Add one or more to your visit for an additional charge — just let us know.
See the extras →Every task listed is done in every room of that type. Tap a cleaning to open it.
These lists cover what can be reached safely and easily on a normal visit. Areas out of easy or safe reach — the tops of cabinets and refrigerators, high ceilings, and anything that needs a ladder or heavy lifting — are not included.
Maintenance cleaning that keeps the home fresh.
Countertops, backsplash, cabinet exteriors and appliance fronts, the fixtures and trim above them, and the floor.
Mirrors and glass, the sink, vanity and countertop, the tub and shower, the toilet and bowl, fixtures and trim, and the floor.
Fixtures, vents, window trim and sills, furniture, baseboards, and the floor.
Living rooms, dining rooms, hallways and stairs. Shelves, bookcases, tables, electronics, trim, baseboards, and the floor.
Everything in a standard cleaning, plus a degrease pass and detail work. A good fit every 3 to 6 months.
The standard kitchen list, with a degrease pass on fixtures, vents, trim, cabinet exteriors and baseboards, and the sink and faucet included.
The standard bathroom list, with cabinet exteriors degreased, sink and tub or shower fixtures detailed, and grout cleaned within limitations.
The standard bedroom list, with upholstered furniture vacuumed and a degrease pass on fixtures, vents, trim, sills, switch plates and doorknobs.
The standard common area list, with upholstered furniture vacuumed and the same degrease pass on the hard surfaces.
The deep cleaning list for an empty home, with the insides of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets included in the service.
The deep cleaning kitchen list, with the insides of the cabinets included rather than added as an extra.
The deep clean bathroom list, plus the inside of the vanity and every cabinet, so the next person opens a clean one.
Handled the same way a deep cleaning handles them.
Living rooms, dining rooms, hallways and stairs, dusted and degreased, including baseboards, switch plates and doorknobs.
These are not part of any checklist. Any of them can be added to a standard, deep, or move-in/move-out cleaning for an additional charge. Let us know which ones you would like and we will add them to the cost — there is nothing separate to book.
None of this is required, though clear surfaces do get a more thorough cleaning.

A standard cleaning is regular upkeep: dusting, wiping surfaces and appliance fronts, full bathrooms, and floors. A deep cleaning does all of that and adds a degrease pass over fixtures, vents, trim, baseboards, switch plates and doorknobs, plus detailed sink and tub fixtures and grout cleaned within limitations. A move-in/move-out cleaning is the deep cleaning list for an empty home, with the insides of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets included.
Yes. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside kitchen cabinets, interior window glass, and wet-wipe window blinds can be added to any cleaning for an additional charge. Tell us which ones you would like when you book, or add them in the notes on the form.
Yes. These lists cover what can be reached safely and easily on a normal visit. The tops of cabinets and refrigerators, high ceilings, and anything that needs a ladder or heavy lifting are not included, and neither are cat litter, litter boxes, or animal waste.
Pick up clutter from the surfaces you want cleaned, tuck anything precious somewhere safe, and make sure your cleaner can get to every room on the list. If you would like a specific product used in your home, please leave it out for your cleaner.
Let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will do our best to make it right. That is our Quality Promise, and it is the reason we give this same checklist to you and to your cleaner.
