What's the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
A deep clean is everything in a standard clean, plus the built-up spots that need extra attention — baseboards, trim and door frames hand-wiped, light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted, window sills and tracks cleaned, vents and register covers dusted, cabinet fronts fully wiped, backsplash and tile degreased, around and behind reachable appliances, and hard-water buildup treated. It's a good idea every 3–6 months, and most homes start there before moving onto a recurring plan.
How much does house cleaning cost?

Do I get the same cleaner every time?
That's what we aim for, and it's how we prefer to run things — if a cleaner is working out in your home, we want to keep them there. We can't promise it every single visit, so every cleaner works from a shared checklist. That way the same spots get done whoever is there.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of customers give us an entry plan and come home to a finished house. Just let us know how you'd like us to get in when you book.
What should I do before my cleaner arrives?

Is there anything you don't handle?
Cat litter, litter boxes, and animal waste aren't part of an in-home cleaning, for health and safety reasons. Anything else, just ask.
