Why Vermont Homeowners Call Us

Protect your roof. Boost your curb appeal.

Safe soft wash, no pressure damage

Roof cleaning isn't pressure washing. Our low-pressure soft wash kills the growth with a detergent, so your shingles and their protective granules stay right where they belong.

Kill moss & algae at the source

Moss and algae cut your roof's lifespan. Our eco-friendly wash kills the growth at the source — black streaks, moss and lichen — instead of just rinsing the surface so it comes right back.

Extend your roof's lifespan

Removing harmful growth protects the shingles and adds years to the roof you already have — while the curb appeal jumps the moment the streaks are gone.

Simple From Start to Finish

How it works

Reach out for a free estimate

Give us a call or send the form, and we'll share a typical price range for roof cleaning based on what we've been seeing lately — a real estimate to work from, with no pressure and no obligation.

We soft wash the affected areas

We apply a low-pressure detergent that kills the algae, moss and lichen at the root. No high pressure ever touches your shingles or their granules.

Your roof comes back clean

Black streaks typically rinse away that day; moss and lichen die off and wash away over time. Your roof comes back to a clean surface and can reach its full lifespan.

Gutter cleaning before and after by Mansfield Services in Vermont

While We're There

Cleaning the roof? Add gutter cleaning.

We're already up at the roofline, so it's the natural time to clear your gutters too. Clogged gutters trap water against the roof edge and fascia — clearing them protects the same roof we just cleaned. Just add it on your estimate.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Friendly, convenient and, most importantly, effective.

They checked up for an annual dryer vent cleaning that I never remember, which caught and cleared a blockage that could have caused a disaster. Every other service has shown the same attention and care, while respecting my desire to not be spammed by follow ups.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 10/10 recommend working with Mansfield Services! Jen (the manager) was so responsive and kind and easy to work with! We had Adam come to clean our dryer vent in our basement, and he arrived right on time and did a great job at explaining what he was doing and answering my many questions. We just booked them again to clean our windows and look forward to working with Mansfield Services for all our future home needs!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a relatively new consumer to Mansfield Services I can only say they were very efficient and provided friendly service for cleaning out my dryer. The person who came into my home slipped on a pair of boot cover-ups as soon as he came into the door. No worry about my floor getting wet and having a friendly attitude with the whole process.
I would definitely contact them again for any needed services.
