A few things we can't take away
Hazardous materials can't go on the vehicle and need to be disposed of separately — paint, solvents, propane tanks, and certain batteries are the usual ones. If you're unsure about something, ask before the day and we'll tell you either way.
We also want to know in advance about anything genuinely tricky to get out — a tight stairwell, a narrow doorway, an awkward basement, or a piece that was a struggle to get in there in the first place. Mention it when you book and we may ask for a photo or two, so we can work out ahead of time whether it's one we can take on rather than discovering it on the day.

Will you take a single item?
Yes. One mattress, one couch, one old treadmill — a single piece is a perfectly good job and you can book it the same way as a full load.
Do I need to carry anything outside first?
No. The lifting is ours, including bringing things down from upstairs. All we need is a clear path to the item and a clear way back out of the house.
Is there anything you can't take?
